Mike's white count was super high and his blood pressure was very low, so he also received IV antibiotics (Cipro), and was on oxygen and a heart rate monitor for a long time. He gave me a little scare!
Little Jasper has spent 3 days with 3 different families while we got the medical attention we needed and recuperated.
Jasper's bottom molars are almost through, so he is not the happiest guy around. Thank you Ashby's, Gornichec's & Gabaldon's. We owe you big time.
Not being able to take care of Jasper is one of the worst things ever. I am so grateful to our friends for all of their help.

sadness! i'm so glad you were taken care of. IV's are awesome when fluids and cipro are needed. i think that's what i had when i went in for my kidney infection. hope you're all on the mend.
Wow, I'm a great friend, leaving you in your time of need! I hope you are all doing better, call me OK! Love, Becky
Oh, I'm sorry! I hope you guys are feeling better. I remember Scott and I got really sick when I was first preg. with Olivia. I have no idea where Ethan was! I can't remember if I call my mom or he wandered aimlessly around! scary. I just remember us crawling through the house when we needed to get somewhere. Luckily we didn't need medical attention.
Wow! What a awful way to spend the Thanksgiving weekend. So glad that you had friends to help with Jasper and that you are doing better!
I didn't even know you had a camera with you!
Geez Guys, that's awful...... it's not supposed to work that way. One of you gets sick then the other!!! You poor things. I hope all is well now and you are back with that adorable son of yours. I'm sure he missed you.
Oh my, Ang! I'm so sorry! I have had to get an IV 5 times before when I've gotten the flu. That's not fun but you feel SO much better to finally be rehydrated. Glad to hear you're on the mend!
